Follow this step-by-step arrival guide for a quick, hassle-free start to your adventure in Cozumel
After you exit customs, pick up your bags and walk towards the airport's exit door (there is only one). Check out this video
Outside the terminal, look for our Visit Cozumel & Island Transfers Representatives.
They will be wearing white shirts and located on the right side of Margaritaville Bar. They will be holding a sign with your name on it.
**The name on the sign will be the person who made the reservation, so you can rest assured that you're in good hands. Let us take care of you, and enjoy your stay in beautiful Cozumel!
Tips for your Arrival
Tip 1: Customs might take between 5 and 45 minutes, depending on how many people are ahead of you or if your bags need to be checked. The whole arrival process, including immigration, baggage claim, and customs, can take some time. Don't worry, our representatives will wait for you no matter how long it takes.
Tip 2: Please avoid talking to salespersons at the airport, like the Tourist Information Booth.
Some people might call out to you or try to stop you to sell you something, like a timeshare presentation, and they won't be able to help you.
Tip 3 (If you Booked a Round-Trip): When it's time to go back to the airport, we recommend planning your trip 3 hours before your flight to ensure everything runs smoothly. A Visit Cozumel representative will be near the lobby (by the bellboy desk) 10 minutes before your chosen pick-up time. They will take you to your private vehicle.
